SHIPPING POLICY

LFANT Brand will not be responsible for errors on order submitted; we recommend that you ask for an order confirmation email to be sent to you. LFANT Brand prefers orders to be submitted via online store. LFANT Brand will make every effort to process and ship all credit-approved orders within 10 to 15 business days; however this is not a guarantee. Partial shipments may be made. All orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS ground unless otherwise noted. LFANT Brand will not be responsible for any damage, loss or non-delivered orders during shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be authorized by LFANT Brand. Please send your request to lfantbrand@gmail.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Refunds are available for being sent the wrong product, only! Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and a email will be sent on where to return the product too.

Please be mindful that LFANT Brand will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. LFANT Brand will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48 hours.
